How You Should Prepare Your CV

Hello guys, this is Fratres and today we're going to tell you that how you can write an effective CV.
Writing a good CV can be one of the hardest challenges of job hunting. Most of the Employers spend just a few seconds reviewing CV before they stick it in the "YES" or "NO" pile.
It is Harsh but it's the Truth.
Don't worry! We've created our top hints on how you should create an effective CV and get that all-important interview.
There are steps you should follow while creating your CV.

1- KEEP IT REAL!

You should keep in mind that your CV should not be more than two pages (A4 Pages). Employers spend just 8 seconds looking at any one CV on average. Therefore you should make precise and effective writing in the CV to convey your message in that average time.

2- USE A PERSONAL STATEMENT

Do not just assume that an employer only sees that how your experience will relate to the job. Instead, use a short personal statement to describe that why you are the best option for that job. This should also be reflected in your cover letter as well.

3- KEEP IT UPDATED

You should keep your CV up-to-date whether you are looking for a job or not. Every time something important happens in your career, add it so you don't forget something that could be important.

4- TELL THE TRUTH

Lies on your CV can land you in a whole heap of trouble when it comes to employers checking your background details and references. The last thing you want is to start work and then lose your new job for lying. You may also get caught in the interview stage when you suddenly can't answer the relevant question on what you claim to know. And that can be really awkward. So tell the truth in your CV.

5- MAKE IT KEYWORD FRIENDLY

If you've uploaded your CV to a job site so recruiters can find you, keywords are very important. Jobs titles and buzzwords will help a search engine pick out your CV from the pile.
